1. NYY hitters vs Brain Matusz, BAL – Matusz faced NYY in his first start, giving up four runs in four innings.

2. TEX hitters @ Drew Hutchison, TOR – Hutchison has two starts on the year and they are not particuallarly good. Best offensive team in baseball in a hitters park, expect Drew to facepalm, imo.

3. BOS hitters vs Jarrod Parker, OAK – Boston is on fire and they are in Fenway that gives up a ton of runs. Parker pitched well in his debut but this should be his “welcome to the majors” type of night.

Pitching:

1. Adam Wainwright vs PIT – Pittsburg struggles to produce runs and Wainwright is throwing well, good combination for a win.

2. Felix Doubront vs OAK – Felix is pitching well the last few outings and is capable of the Ks. He should get the run support for the win.

3. Shaun Marcum @ SD – Pitchers park, poor hitting team, Marcum has 24Ks in 24 innings this year, easy math.

Hitting loads:

1. TEX hitters vs Kyle Drabek, TOR – Texas is the best offensive (and maybe overall) team in baseball. Drabek has been OK but he should give up a few runs tonight with the high power offense visits the hitters park in Toronto.

2. LAA hitters vs Nick Blackburn, MIN – LAA has been struggling but to think Pujols is going hit .216 all year is crazy. When big Al breaks out he’ll hit 3HRs in a night, tonight could be that night vs Blackburn who is struggling so far this season. Torii Hunter is 7-16 vs Blackburn in his career.

3. PHI hitters vs Chris Volstad, CHC – Even though Philly’s offense is a bit anemic, Volstad has given up at least three earn runs in every start (4). Jimmy Rollins is 13-29 vs Volstad in his career.

Pitching

1. Mike Minor vs PIT – Pittsburgh is a struggling team and Minor is pitching great. He should be in line for 6Ks and a win.

2. Vance Worley vs CHC – Worley has been pitching well and should get the win with a few strikeouts tonight.

3. Randy Wolf vs SD – One of the top pitcher’s parks vs one of the worst offensive teams, he should fair well.

2. TOR hitters vs Kevin Millwood, SEA – Bautista is 7-12 with 3HRs and 2 walks for Millwood, the rest of the Jays hit Millwood well.

3. NYM hitters @ Guthrie, COL – Guthrie is coming off a good start but he was slammed in the first three and in limited sample size the Mets have decent numbers vs him.

1. Brandon Morrow vs SEA – Morrow finally got it together last start and has decent history in a small sample size vs Seattle.

2. Kyle Lohse vs MIL – Lohse has given up 3 ERs in 4 starts, that’s 27.1 innings.

3. Wei-Yin Chen vs OAK – Oakland does not hit lefties well and Chen has been a surprise for the season, he’s pitching well.
