If you play Fantasy football at all, you know last week was a week from hell. Injuries galore and failing production from some top players (Ray Rice). Last weeks picks were:

Tim Tebow – failed for 3.5 quarters and some how pulls off a good fantasy day for the price.

Maurice Morris – Meh. Detroit is a different team without Best it seems. 10 rushes for 50 yds, and 2 rec on 4 targets for 13 and really the rushing came on a late run, 31yd to salvage a total failboat of a day. Best is out again and its tempting to try him again vs Denver. But Denver rush D is actually OK, they are ranked 14th, buyer beware.

Earnest Graham – Argh. Popped his Achilles on the second running play of the game, out for the season.

Nate Washington – His worst game of the season, 1 rec for 10 yards. Good match up this week, good price again. Might roll with a chance for redemption.

Greg Little – Did little but at 5 rec on 7 targets, for 31 yards, for the full PPR on DraftDay that’s 8.1 pts so not a complete failboat but do-Little for sure.

Visanthe Shiancoe – The only one I really nailed. Ponder loves him, 8 targets, 4 catches, 45yds and TD. He’s on this week list again, all the same reasons as last week.

I lost overall, but thank you for Drew Brees and Aaron Rodgers for keeping the loss to a minimum.

My best DraftDay line up that went 5-5 HU:

My best FanDuel line up (got trounced on FD this week 1-7.)

Now on to the picks for this week: $FanDuel/$DraftDay.

Eli Manning vs MIA – $8200/$16120 Eli is coming off the BYE, is at home, and has a great matchup vs the 30th ranked passing D. Plenty of love here at a not so huge price. (Others to consider: Andy Dalton @ SEA – $6600/$11250)

Ryan Torain @ BUF $6200/$9570 To be honest, the top RBs have such great match ups (Arian Foster, Ray Rice, Adrain Peterson), I might avoid most value picks here but if there was one last spin on the Shaanhan RB roulette wheel, this might be it. Hightower is out for the year. Torain should get the bulk of the load vs 24th ranked BUF run D. (But dont blame me if Helu some how is the guy Shanny picks this week…) (Ahmad Bradshaw vs MIA $8600/$13430)

Antonio Brown vs NE $5400/$8430 OK here is where the value is this week, the WRs. Hines Ward is likely out. Brown had a break out week last week. (7 rec 102yd) and is a speed receiver that Big Ben has been getting the targets to. They are finally connecting and are home against the worst pass D for giving up fantasy points, NE (26th overall in Pass). Could be a big day for Brown and he might get his first touch down in a high scoring shoot out game.

Nate Washington vs IND $5900/$8765 He’s coming off his worst game last week as his team was blown out by Houston. Now he’s facing the winless Colts, at home, after they were blown up by Drew Brees 5 TD passes. Ind is ranked 29th vs the pass. Looking for a bounce back here.

Torrey Smith vs ARI $5400/$7630 Bit of the same story as NWash, except instead of a blow up, his team lost embarrassingly on Monday Night Football to Jacksonville. The Ravens come home to host the 25th ranked pass D. Looking for Flacco to take some shots for the rookie and connect big. (Another to consider: Jabbar Gaffney @ BUF $6300/$7537)

Jake Ballard vs MIA $5400/$7355 Jake has been featured here before and has been building up targets and now faces Miami who has given up the 3rd most points to TEs. (Others to consider: Visanthe Shiancoe @ CAR – $5100/$6030)

Quick pick K & D: Matt Prater vs DET $5000/$5130, Giants D vs MIA $5200/$5515
